this cake is wonderful.
i did though change a couple of things.
i used 1 cup white flour along with 1 cup whole wheat flour, i added three tablespoons of golden flaxseed meal, i used 2 cups less three tablespoons of sugar next time i will cut back even more on the sugar,i used 2 teaspoons of cinnamon instead of 1 and i also used extra virgin olive oil instead of veggie oil. my husband and 12 year old daughter loved it.they had no clue what it was made out of all they knew was they loved it.i used a 13 x 9 inch cake pan. this recipe is a sure keeper. thank you for sharing it with us all.
