Mum's cake
I love the way she looks proud of this cake she just baked. I expect it was my father's idea to take the photo so he could send it to their families back home in Germany. Probably taken late 1967 or early '68, not long after they moved into their new house. They still live there now, but the kitchen has been updated, of course! ;)
