I was inspired to do this recipe after seeing it on a Milestone's menu. I omitted the almonds, as my sister is allergic, and the chicken turned out equally delicious.

Photography Notes: I layed the kabob on a bed of salad, and then atop home-made naan bread. Drizzled the kabob with some chutney sauce and voila!
