This Beef Enchilada recipe was good. As suggested by other reviewers, I used a sauce rather than the dry enchilada mix and added an extra can. I also added chili seasoning to the meat and onions. This definitely added to the overall taste. A quick recipe that definitely made my family asking for seconds.
