I made the Holiday House of Scotcheroos. My husband and I didn't make a gingerbread house this year so we decided to use the scotcheroos to make a holiday house. I changed the recipe by using crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy peanut butter. The scotcheroos are a wonderful building block and we will consider using it at the holidays again in the future.
