My preferred Kentucky Butter Cake pan was used, Angel Food Cake pan, my review covers all the different tweaks I have been using, but the original recipe is good 'as is'.

Photography Notes: Used the 'Angel Food Cake' pan...worked wonderfully! First try did cause a little batter 'lipping' if you look close.
