Spanish Flan

Easy! This is the first recipe I'ved use to make this, and it was good! warm up your baking pan with a water bath before pouring the sugar (have the pan ready for the sugar). I used 4 eggs instead of 3. And on the 2nd try, I cooked it for 65 minutes, since 60 minutes wasnt enough the 1st time ( it didn't completly set the 1st time)Perhaps it was the extra egg? Baked in a water bath also. No other changes needed. Perfect! :) I'm latina and trust me it doesn't get any closer to authentic then this!
