I have been making these for years and decided to switch things up a bit for looks. Instead of just making them in a square pan I decided to try a muffin tin. It worked great and since they are usually a bit difficult to cut this eliminated the need to.

Photography Notes: I arranged the scotcheroos on a plate and used a wreath for visual appeal. Makes a great center piece plus they're a yummy dessert.
