This is a good recipe for scalloped potatoes. For added flavor, I added a layer of thinly sliced onions to each layer, as well as a light sprinkling of garlic powder. I also decided to add a layer of cheese in the middle, as well as sprinkling the top with cheese and a few more onions, during the last 10 minutes or so of baking.
