Over the top Nachos!

Over the Top Nachos

I left out the refried beans, just made a light, tasty lunch. I used a frozen hamburger patty and added some home made taco mix. Then I used American sharp and Velveeta with a little milk for the cheese sauce. I covered the tortilla chips with hamburger, then topped with the cheese I had melted in the microwave. Added some PASE and some sour cream.
