I made the cheesecake with an Oreo bottom. I used about 25 Oreos crushed and 1/3 cup of butter. I melted down the inside of the oreos with heavy whipping cream and a little flower and used that to pour on top of the cheesecake before baking. This is the first time I've made cheesecake and it turned out Amazing!
