Creole Cornbread Stuffing

I really enjoyed this recipe so much that it will be a traditional one for me. I did cut down on the red pepper adding only a tiny bit, I didn't have enough buttermilk so I added a cup of 2% with approx a TBSP of lemon juice to sour it. The cornbread recipe was a welcome change from the sweet Jiffy cornbread I'm use to. I may alter it in the future by adding turkey, we'll see!
