I followed the recipe with the exception of using crushed crackers instead of the breadcrumbs. I also broiled the fish for 5 minutes after baking just to add some crispiness to it.

Photography Notes: I wish I had some garnish items like parsley or a lemon wedge to make the photo more appealing. Next time.
