Apple Enchiladas

Unique and Delicious! To best soak up the sauce, I put the filled rolls seam-side UP, let sit 15 min, then turned over to soak 15 more. Don't crowd in pan. *This is rich, but it looks nice served in two cut pieces, so I cut groups of two roll-ups like this: One-third (of the two) for the ladies, two-thirds (of the doubles) for the guys! I caught my DH sneaking more later! Oh, DON'T FORGET THE ICE CREAM! (garnish with cinnamon).
