This bread is good, quick, and easy. It does taste more like lemon cake than bread. I prefer more dense breads but this tasted good enough to be a keeper. Everyone one who tried it said it was delicious. I didn't change a thing with the instructions. I found it took about 50 minutes to cook both loaves at the same time. I covered them with foil to prevent over browning the last 15 minutes.
