oven roasted pork chops mushroom sauce and potatoes

Stovetop Pork Chops and Potatoes

With this recipe I used a mushroom sauce instead of mushroom soup and put the browned pork chops in a roasting pan and sprinkled it with chopped garlic then the patatoes and the homemade mushroom sauce that can be viewed on this site and put it in the oven covered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.Turned out fabulous
