I made this recipe for one of our Thanksgiving desserts. It was great. Most everyone loved it. I really liked the tangy flavor mixed with the sweet. The onlt thing that I did different was to leave out the ginger (as I do not like). Also it was very easy to make. A great recipe. Thanks for sharing! Wilma
