Mmm... These are the 4th and 5th pies I have made using Cindy's Pumpkin Pie recipe. I used the 'Pie Crust I' recipe for the crust, which is also very good, although I have to remember not to knead the dough too much. One pie is for my family, but the other is going to be devoured by my church high school small group Bible study.
