I used Valentino's Pizza Crsut, and made no changes. I am leery of pat-in-the-pan crusts, but this one turned out fabulously. I cut strips of mozzarella and folded them into the edges of the crust before topping the pizza with sauce and cheese. Very good!! And the no-rise time worked well with my 3 hungry kids.
