This recipe is great! I doubled the ingredients for the sauce, using heavy cream in place of the half & half. I sauteed the shrimp in a pinch of garlic powder first and removed it from the skillet. I added mushrooms, a little more butter, and the minced garlic to the skillet and proceeded with the sauce. I did use a small amount of starch to help it thicken slightly and then added my shrimp. My kids raved and asked for seconds. Definitely a keeper!
