This is a picture of "Grandma Ople's Apple Pie". I use this crust recipe for all of my pies and quiches. It only looks odd in this picture because I made this pie at my parents' house, and because there were literally too many cooks in the kitchen, I had too much wait time while forming the crust. Also, their very old oven cooks unevenly, as you can tell by some parts of the crust.
