Pear Pie III

This is one of the best tasting pie's I have ever eaten. I cooked it with my grandma and it was so easy. We used 3 pears instead of 2, and I sliced them rather thin. We also used vanilla extract that she brought back from Mexico, and I believe that is what gave the custard such an amazing flavor.
