Chicken Enchiladas V

I cut the fat, calories & carbs in half without losing any flavor or texture! I used extra lean turkey instead of chicken, changed the soup to fat free, the sour cream to light, the cheese to reduced fat Mexican and used low carb tortillas. Full fabulous flavor!
