I followed the recipe exactly except I used Quarry tile instead of the wire cake rack. You can buy quarry tile from any home improvement store for 50 cents a tile. Put the tile on the bottom rack and pre-heat your oven for 30min Cooked at 425 also, but if you want a crisper bottom then cook on 450 or 500. I let it cool on a wire rack.
