Carrot Cake III

I used unsweetened applesauce in place of vegetable oil to reduce calories & fat. I also added a little bit of nutmeg to the recipe (about 1/2 tsp). I thinned the frosting with milk and drizzled it on so that there wouldn't be as much frosting on the cake (in order to save me some more calories). This cake was so moist and delicious!
