Hamburger Stew

I basically stuck to the original recipe, but with a few changes.... I added a little garlic powder to add a little more flavor, I only used 1/2 a pack of taco seasoning as others suggested, I also used 3 C. beef broth and 3/4 C. water instead of 3 3/4 C water. I used canned potatoes and carrots (it made it so much easier and took less time.) I combined it all together, brought it to a quick boile, reduced the heat and added a little cornstarch and water mixture to thicken. It was so easy, and my picky daughter and husband loved it so much they have both requested to have it again! A miracle! We served it with buttercrisp crackers.
