I didn't follow the recipe to the T. After pressing, freezing and pressing the tofu, I marinated it in light soy sauce and mirin to give it a nice salty-sweet flavor, used sesame oil to fry it, then added the veggies including a handful or so of bean sprouts. I also added mirin and a little brown sugar to the sauce to make it a little sweeter. Turned out great!
