Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

I made 5 pizzas but I used round cake pans and only had 4 of them so I used a flat cookie sheet for the fifth and rolled the edges of the dough around some of the cheese to help it hold it's shape. It was a very simple and versatile recipe. All was good.

Photography Notes: They may look a little like sardines but they are portabello mushrooms, I find they have a better flavor and look more appetizing.
