I used all butter, about 4-5 tablespoons of milk and only 2½ cups of powdered sugar (instead of 4 as called for). I used the icing to top off these chocolate cupcakes that are made using small ice cream cups instead of muffin cups. They baked up great and the icing helped finish off the adorable factor. Excellent!
