Apricot-Glazed Pork Chops

This meal was so easy to make. The receipe called for a sweet wine. The wine I had chosen had a sweet and vanilla taste. Mixed with the preserves, it was great. I also chose to serve the meal with wild rice. I happen to like the way it completes a meal. It tastes good and it's very filling! The preserve mixture tasted wonderful over everything.
