Pepperoni Polenta Pizza

Pepperoni Polenta Pizza

Modified the crust to 1:2 ratio of cornmeal to water (original recipe calls for 1:4 and was a little soft for our taste) and doubled to fit 9x13 baking dish. Topped like our favorite pizza.
