Malaysian Nasi Lemak

Traditionally we (Malaysian) add screw pine (pandan) leave in the rice instead of bay leave. I subsituted the hard-boil egg with pan fried egg (personal preference). Deep fried Yellow Tail goes very well with this coconut rice too.
