This is a variation of the pistachio chocolate cookie recipe. I omitted the chocolate chips in the recipe.I melted and drizzled them on top instead. When I put the dough on the cookie sheet, I put a thumbprint in them instead of flattening, and when they were finished baking I put a dallop of cream cheese frosting in the thumbprint.
