Roy and Jay's Honey Pecan Oatmeal Bread

Honey Oatmeal Bread II

We kneaded chopped pecans into half of each loaf which gave a great texture and added taste and flavor. This picture was taken just after we put the honey and oats on top the top. We ate the first loaf in one sitting and the second loaf for lunch the next day!
