I garnished my salad a bit differently. Not a huge fan of raw beansprouts, so I used julienned carrots instead. I also substituted the udon (I find these noodles too thick and doughy) with spaghetti and it turned out great.

Photography Notes: The carrots bring a beautifully vibrant life to the photo. I love the "macro-shot" option on my camera, it takes amazing close-up photographs.
