Empanadas

Empanadas

The ones in the left are filled with apple pie filling and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. On the right, filled with Nutella and crused hazelnuts and brushed with egg yolk/water mixture to make them shine a little. Fruit is the way to go in my opinion. Delicious and easy to make.
