Key West Chicken

I doubled everything in the recipe to have more marinade for the chicken. I also cooked the chicken 3 mins. more per side because of the thickness of the chicken breast. It was outstanding. I will definitely do this again, though I will let it marinate over night the next time to bring out the flavor that much more.
