I added the orange bell peper for decoration only. There is none in this recipe

Photography Notes: Minolta Maxxum 7D.. Minolta 5600HS flash.... i mounted my camera and flash on a sturdy tripod, performed a custom white balance, aimed the flash to the ceiling to lessen the hotspots, and reflected the flash into the scene to eliminate the harsh shadows from paper towels and the cabinet.
