Cake with Lemon Filling

Lemon Filling

To make a long story short, I used this filling recipe in this cake. It was delicious, and pretty easy. I made the citrus mixture and then refrigerated it over night. Just before serving the cake, I whipped some whipping cream and blended my citrus concoction from the day before. Worked like a charm!
