I made this recipe as directed except I used TWO 10 x 2 Wilton cake pans and baked them for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. It was supposed to be a layer cake but I forgot to wrap the pans in wet cloths before baking. So, my daughter had two cakes for her birthday!
