cooked 5lbs on high for 4 hours, pulled the pork, drained most liquid, dumped bottle of sweet baby ray's sauce, low for 1 hour. Used 1/2 can beef broth, 3 cloves garlic, 3 drops liquid smoke, 1 cup coffee. Wonderful! Made over a dozen sandwiches
