Black Chocolate Cake

Black Chocolate Cake Amazing with chocolate ganache along with crushed oreos on the sides and in between the layers. Butter and canola oil were used instead of shortening, and they were melted in 1 cup espresso + 1 cup boiling water. Ganache on top was made by melting 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate into 1 cup whole milk.
