Perfect recipe just as it is. The sauce, with fresh dill and lemon zest, is flavorful and a satisfying complement to the fish. The recipe is quick and easy.

Photography Notes: The photo was taken immediately after spooning the sauce on the right-from-the-oven broiled trout. I also served it with the Rice, Asparagus and Cucumber Salad from the site. Both used fresh dill and cucumbers!
