For the “Celebrate Spring Photo Contest!" This cake was made following the instructions from the Dirt Cake II recipe. But what's a spring cake without some grass? A few drops of food coloring added to a teaspoon of water turned some shredded coconut into grass! Not only was it eye candy, it tasted fantastic!
