Blueberry Cream Muffins

A few changes I made after reading all the reviews... 1 cup white sugar or Splenda and 1 cup light brown sugar, 3/4 cup margarine melted and cooled, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, zest from 1 lemon. It made 12 jumbo muffins that baked 35 minutes at 400. :)
