These are the substitutions I made (I didn't have all the ingredients): sliced almonds instead of butterscotch chips, 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 cup of whipping cream and oil (instead of shortening). I also replaced 1/2 cup flour with 1/2 cup powdered almonds.
