Wanted a different way to do spaghetti. From the recipe, I truly didn't hold much faith in the kids eating it, as it was "different" and they're very picky kids. Ages 2, 4, 15 and 42 - everyone ate it, and some even had seconds! Made it to the receipe, except one modification. I was a little worried it would be too dry based on some of the comments so I added a good sized dollop more of sour cream. Wasn't dry at all. Have made this twice in a week now. Will be served often, I expect!
