Wonderful Recipe!! I served these pancakes with some fried bananas, too. After I was done cooking the pancakes, I just put some quartered bananas (round side down) on the griddle. Flip when the bottom is brown - after about 1 min. When both sides are brown and soft, serve along side the strawberries on top of the pancakes!
