This recipe was fun and easy to make. I decided to use the chocolate in the sauce pan to make a few chocolate strawberries to put on top before mixing the chocolate to make the mouse.

Photography Notes: After the mouse was finished chilling I put on the strawberries to add a little something special. Then I played around with different arrangements and taking pictures with and without the flash on. Then I chose this picture as the one I liked best!
