My niece had her heart set on the Red Velvet cake (a family favorite for as long as I can remember!), but had trouble finding a baker that would do one. After many tastings and disappointment, my sister - the mother of the bride - decided that she'd make it herself. It turned out both beautiful and delicious, simply decorated with some of the icing tinted red and fresh red roses and babies breath. Everyone of the guests was completely impressed!
